Refund policy
Reservations are required for all AAF Dubuque programs unless otherwise stated. AAF Dubuque members may pay in advance or—if reserving by phone or email—at the door. Non-members must pay in advance. Cancellations made before the originally published RSVP deadline will be refunded to the same credit card used for payment or, in the case of check or cash payments, by check. No-shows will be billed for their reservations. Last-minute substitutions are permitted, but the substitute attendee must know the name of the person they are replacing.
