Throughout the website we do ask you to voluntarily supply information to AAF Dubuque. The information we collect is used to improve the content of our website, to notify users about updates to our website and used by us to contact users for marketing purposes. We also store data related to the pages that individuals visit on the site and the actions they take, such as those individuals who register for an event.
If you register for an AAF Dubuque event online or offline, or e-mail or otherwise contact us with a request or comment we may use any information provided (including your e-mail, postal, or telephone information) to update already existing databases. In doing so, you may receive periodic mailings or emails from us on new products and services or upcoming events. Registration or other information provided may be retained in our databases and used as described below.
AAF Dubuque does not sell email addresses. AAF Dubuque will not share its list(s) of email addresses with third parties, except when asked to do so by the American Advertising Federation for membership and affiliation purposes. You may have your name removed from these lists by communicating this request to us at our email@example.com email address.

Reservations are required for all AAF Dubuque programs, unless otherwise stated. AAF Dubuque Members may pay in advance or (with phone/email reservations) at the door. Non-members must pay in advance. Cancellations will be honored with a credit card refund (to the same card used for pre-payment) or a check (for refund of check/cash payment) as long as the cancellation is made before the originally published RSVP deadline date. No-shows will be billed for their reservations. (Last minute “substitutes” will be permitted, but attendee must know for whom they are substituting.)
